1-year post-op functional rhinoplasty.

This gentleman had a long history of difficulty breathing and sleeping at night. He underwent a septorhinoplasty to repair the underlying septum on the inside of the nose as well as the outside shape of the nose. This was changed to allow for more functional airflow through the valve and mid-vault area (middle portion of nose) which are the two narrowest sections of the nose. He did not come into the office looking for cosmetic change to his nose, but had an inherent improvement due to what was needed to improve breathing.
